If you've started up SnapTrack and can't see your snaps don't worry as they're all perfectly safe.
Firstly, make sure that you're logging in as the same user that they were taken with as all snaps are secured so that only you can see them. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgotten Password?" link on the login screen and we'll email you instructions on resetting your password.
If you used SnapTrack without registering an account then all is not lost as your snaps are still safe, just raise a ticket on here and we'll help you get back up and running.
